The Yeezy brand creator caused controversy after his Paris fashion show, targeting Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, who was outraged by the “White Lives Matter” slogan on his brand’s t-shirts.

A new scandal is set to be added to Kanye West’s list. After the surprise show of his brand Yeezy on October 3, the 45-year-old rapper attacked the journalist and stylist from Fashion Gabriella Karefa-Johnson on her Instagram account. During Paris Fashion Week, as a designer, he presented his new Yeezy Season 9 collection, the first since 2020. The show was announced the day before, had 50 guests, including the American editor. A t-shirt is taped to the pedestal White Lives Matter, a direct reference to the white nationalist protest movement in the United States, shocked Gabriella Karefa-Johnson, known for her commitment to black causes.
